I attended a fantastic ‘Running and Writing’ retreat last November. One of our tasks was to write a reflection of our Saturday morning run in Dartmoor. It was a wet, very wet, morning but we all thoroughly enjoyed our romp round the local muddy trails. I chose not to write about the weather, or the mud, but to focus on one of the other runners. That’s him pictured above – the lovely Nigel.

It was really great to see our pieces published in an alternative style of running magazine called ‘Like the Wind’. Some appeared in the print version but you can read mine, along with the other pieces that were published in the online version of the magazine, here.
